To ensure your wedding flowers are absolutely perfect, please note that I do not accept direct online checkouts for wedding orders. Your order is only officially confirmed once the following steps are completed:

• Consultation First: We must speak in person, via phone, or over email before any order is accepted. This allows me to check seasonal stem availability and discuss beautiful substitute options if a specific flower is out of season.

• Date Agreement: Wedding dates must be explicitly agreed upon and confirmed by me to ensure I have the capacity for your big day.

• Secure Your Date: A non-refundable deposit / retainer is required to officially book your date in my calendar. Without this, the date remains open to other couples.

Because I work with nature’s freshest blooms, certain flower varieties and colour shades may vary depending on the season and daily availability. As your florist I make every effort to ensure your arrangement is as similar as possible to the image shown, substituting only when necessary to maintain the highest quality, style, and value for your gift.
